From March 3 to 7, local time, the 2026 CONEXPO-CON/AGG International Construction Equipment Exhibition was held with great success in Las Vegas, USA. Henglimade a grand appearance at booth S82641 under the theme “Moving Forward Together with Efficiency, Intelligence, and Sustainability.”During the five-day exhibition, Hengli showcased its innovative achievements and advanced manufacturing capabilities to customers worldwide, presenting nearly a hundred products, comprehensive technical documentation, and a highly professional and enthusiastic team. Moreover, with its commitment to localization, Hengli demonstrated its strong confidence and strategic determination to firmly advance global development.
01. A Hardcore Lineup That Defines Excellence
The Hengli booth was bustling with visitors, showcasing nearly a hundred products—including piston pumps, multi-way valves, piston motors, hydraulic cylinders, cartridge valves, gerotor motors, electro-hydraulic control products, and electric cylinders—each drawing a constant stream of professional visitors who stopped to take a closer look.
In the open-type pump exhibition area, the InLine brand’s V32G065 heavy-duty pump made its debut at the show, drawing attention from concrete pump customers thanks to its high pressure of 420 bar. The classic HP6V series pumps also made a collective appearance, while the innovative electronic pumps—with their rich array of features—have further expanded the application boundaries of machinery equipped with electronic control systems.
The hydrostatic closed-loop travel system—comprising the V40D/V40E/V40G series closed-type pumps and the M60V(E) swashplate variable motors—has earned high recognition from industry experts and customers worldwide thanks to its more mature and reliable performance.
In the hydraulic valve exhibition area, the Hengli team vividly demonstrated the remarkable achievements of high-end CAN bus technology in significantly enhancing the performance of multi-way control valves, usingthe HVSP series electro-hydraulic pilot bus valves and the HVSH16D motor-direct-drive bus valves. Meanwhile, the customized threaded cartridge valve assemblies, specially developed for different application scenarios, also fully meet customers’ personalized needs.
The cylinder exhibition area continued to draw large crowds. The exhibiteddigital hydraulic cylinders, helical oscillating cylinders, secondary-leg cylinders for cranes, and suspension cylinders for mining trucks attracted numerous professional visitors who gathered around to carefully examine the details.
02. Deep Dive into North America, Precise Adaptation
Hengli has ventured deep into the heartland of North America, and its insights into the local market have been translated into practical and reliable solutions. In the core area of our booth, we’ve specially created an exclusive exhibit zone tailored forskid-steer loaders, aerial work platforms, excavators, and other mainstream North American models. As soon as a series of products developed specifically to address pain points in these niche segments were unveiled, they immediately became the center of attention at the show.
For skid-steer loaders in different power ranges, Hengli has launched a closed-loop travel system comprising HRP series radial piston motors and cycloidal motors from the HCLB and HSP series, paired with a V90C closed-loop dual pump. This system is designed to provide skid-steer loader manufacturers with superior travel solutions.
The energy-saving solution featuring the HVME750B main valve combined with the V90N330T main pump reduces fuel consumption by over 8% compared to the previous-generation product, while maintaining the same level of efficiency, attracting numerous professional visitors and engineers for in-depth discussions.
The aerial work platform solution also drew widespread attention. From pumps and motors to multi-way valves and cartridge valve assemblies,the one-stop supply advantage is immediately apparent.The electric control system solution further became a highlight of the booth.
03. Smart Manufacturing Upgrade: The Future of Electro-Control
At this exhibition, Hengli also showcased its electro-control products and electric cylinders on a large scale, clearly outlining to the global audience the strategic blueprint for upgrading from a “manufacturing” model to a “smart manufacturing + service” model.
The product lineup for electric control systems ranges fromvehicle controllers and motor controllersto high-speed electric pump assemblies capable of reaching speeds up to 4,500 rpm,as well as a four-motor reduction gear system specially developed to address the industry’s persistent issue of high transmission failure rates—each of these products sparked lively discussions at the event.
Several types ofelectric cylindersmade their debut simultaneously, particularly theelectric pushrodused in aerial work platforms, which drew audiences from around the globe to stop and engage in detailed discussions, eager to learn more about the technical specifics.
